Ream Services proudly presents the Innovative Community Participation Program, specifically designed to empower NDIS participants in actively engaging with their communities. With a focus on skill-building and fostering independence, this program pairs participants with highly skilled Community Engagement Practitioners who facilitate their journey towards increased community participation and employment opportunities.
Our dedicated Community Engagement Practitioners adopt a capacity-building and community-based approach, working side-by-side with participants in their local communities. By doing so, we aim to enhance the likelihood of successful transition away from formal supports to informal networks and sustainable employment.
How It Works
